Prepare Your Plans
Prepare two sets of professionally drawn plans including drainage plan, plot plan, and all proposed walkway and driveway dimensions.
Submit & Pay
Submit plans via the portal with the $500 ACC review fee and a $2,500 damage deposit. You'll receive a dated receipt.
Get Approved
The ACC reviews within 45 days. Approved plans are returned with written confirmation. Approval is deemed granted if no response within 45 days.
