How the ACC Request Process Works

Owners should not begin work until ACC approval is granted or otherwise deemed satisfied under the governing documents. Supporting documents should be submitted with the official signed ACC form.

Start by downloading the official ACC approval form. Review the request categories, restrictions, and required supporting materials before filling it out.
Complete and Sign the Form
Fill in the property information, request type, description of work, materials, colors, contractor details, and owner signature.
Gather Supporting Documents
Upload the signed form and any applicable site plans, elevations, product sheets, color references, contractor information, or other supporting documents.
Submit Through the Portal
Use the online ACC request form to submit the signed form and attachments. The portal records the request for tracking and review.
ACC Review
The ACC reviews the submission for completeness and compliance with the governing documents and applicable standards. Additional information may be requested if needed.
Decision / Next Step
The request may be approved, approved with conditions, denied, or placed in a status requiring more information. Owners should wait for the result before starting work.

- The current process includes a $2,500 damage deposit.
- The $500 ACC fee is waived while the community maintains a successful all-volunteer committee; otherwise, the fee is required.
