ACC Requests

This page provides general guidance for owners seeking approval for new construction, exterior changes, or other property improvements.

When Approval Is Typically Needed

  • New home construction
  • Exterior additions or modifications
  • Fences, walls, docks, pools, or other structures
  • Significant landscaping or site changes
  • Other visible improvements governed by the Declaration or design controls

What to Submit

  • Owner name and lot or property address
  • Description of proposed work
  • Plans, drawings, sketches, or product information
  • Sample materials or color information if applicable
  • Any other supporting documents requested by the ACC

Current Process

  1. Prepare the proposed plans and supporting materials.
  2. Submit materials to the ACC using the current association process.
  3. The ACC reviews the submission and may request additional information.
  4. A decision is issued when the review is complete.

Status Tracking

Online request tracking is planned for a later phase of the site. For now, status should be checked through the current board or ACC communication process.
